We will practice "being present" -- with meditation techniques, small group and partner exercises, and personal reflection time. Our activities include writing, listening, speaking, seated and walking meditations, guided imagery, and more.
Come, connect more deeply with yourself, while being in a loving community of other moms.
Be nourished, so that you have plenty to give to all the amazing little and big people in your life. Cause when Momma's happy, it's easier for everyone to be.
Every mother is welcome. No experience with meditation is necessary.
