You're busy. All the time. Other people needing your attention constantly. Sometimes life feels like an endless to-do list, and even though you're "successful," you find that you're often just making it through the day.
And when you get a chance to take a break, how do you spend it? Do you scroll through social media? Veg in front of Netflix eating whatever you found in the fridge? Do you feel nourished after these breaks?
This weekend is about a reset. Taking a pause, slowing down, enjoying the taste of a delicious meal. Soaking in that post-yoga-glow. Nourishing yourself in good community. No one to take care of but YOU. Return home feeling better in your body, more peaceful and clear in your mind, and able to give from your overflowing fullness, rather than giving from your own needed resources. And, it's nearby! So, no long drive, no plane flights, no shuttles. Just show up and enjoy.
