Sitting meditation isn't for everybody. Art has the same stress reduction, focus increasing, mindfulness benefits to the brain as seated meditation. Plus it's fun!
Join this all levels workshop for a series of yoga exercises designed to tap into the creative centers of your nervous system. We'll follow with specific poses and meditations to take focus our attention inward.
We'll follow this practice with a guided self portrait exercise focused on how we "look" and feel internally, rather than how we look from the outside.
All art supplies will be provided. No art or Yoga experience required.
